In this video I have shown how to make blueberry sauce and turn it into jelly. Also step by step information about setting the cheesecake is shown in details. In this recipe I have used Marie biscuits. You can use any cookies or any biscuits of your choice. This cheesecake can be set in a 7 inch mould or make it personalised for your guests by setting it individually as shown in the video. When setting individually you can skip the use of gelatine in cream cheese. If you follow the instructions as shown and correct measurements your first attempt at making the cheesecake will be a success. Ingredients are mentioned below.
Marie biscuits : 200 gms
Melted butter : 4 tbsp
Fresh blueberries : 250 gms
Castor sugar : 8 tsp
Water : 4 tbsp
Cream cheese : 200 gms
Castor sugar for cream cheese : 4 tsp
Warm milk : 3 tbsp
Gelatine :: 1tbsp
Non whipping cream sweetened : 1 cup (240 ml)
Lemon juice : 2tsp
For blueberry jelly:
Hot water : 4 tbsp
Gelatine : 1 tbsp
