Baked Peaches Recipe – Healthy Dessert- Запеченныe Персики Рецепт!

How to make a healthy dessert at home – baked peaches. Baked peaches make a lovely summer dessert, and this easy fruit recipe proves you don’t have to get too fancy in order to have a quick and easy baked dessert. Take advantage of fresh seasonal summer fruits and enjoy this guilt-free dessert. Baked Peaches are the perfect after dinner treat that doesn’t have to compromise your healthy eating plan or add a few too many calories to your daily intake. This very well be my new favorite summer dessert because it’s simple, delicious and quick to make. This recipe serves 2 people.

You will need the following ingredients:

– 2 peaches/nectarines
– Half a lime
– 30 gr of unsalted butter
– 3tbsp of nuts ( i used macadamia, you can use any nuts you like)
– 115 gr of icing sugar
– Creme fresh
– Cinnamon & almond extract ( optional)
– Pinch of salt

To make this dessert you need to do the following:

Step 1 : Preheat your oven to 200 C or 390 F.
Step 2: Cut nuts into small pieces and fry a little bit until golden brown
Step 3 : Make the stuffing, mix icing sugar, nuts, almond extract, cinnamon,salt & butter
Step 4 : Cut your peaches in half, take out the seed and fill them up with mixture.
Step 5: Pour some lime juice over the peaches and let them bake for 10-15 min
Step 6 : Take peaches out and place some creme fresh on top of each peach.
Step 7 : Serve and enjoy.

Чудесный, восхитительный десерт. Нежный запеченный персик, ароматная начинка и хрустящая корочка стоит попробовать. Десертик идеально подойдёт на летние посиделки с друзьями или семьёй. Представляю вашему вниманию рецепт приготовления запеченных персиков. Этот рецепт можно назвать изысканным, однако готовится все из простых продуктов питания. В сезон персиков, очень сложно удержатся от приготовления этого вкуснейшего чуда. Легко готовится, очень вкусное и нежное!

Вам понадобятся следующие ингредиенты :

– 2 персикa / нектаринa
– лайм
– 30 гр несоленого сливочного масла
– 3 столовые ложки орехов ( я использовалa макадамии , вы можете использовать любые орехи)
– 115 гр сахарной пудры
– сметана
– Корица (по желанию)
– Щепотка соли
