📌Caramel Apple Poke Cake Recipe:
📌French Silk Pie Recipe:
-Pie Crust of your choice (You could use a Pre-Baked Pie Crust, Graham Cracker Crust, Oreo Crust, etc.)
-1 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
-4 Eggs
-8 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate. (I used 2 (4oz) Bars)
-2 tsp Vanilla Extract
-1 Cup Butter (Softened)
-8oz Cool Whip Topping (or you could whip up 8oz. whipping cream with 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar)
***In a saucepan, on med low heat, cook sugar and eggs, WHISKING CONSTANTLY until mixture reaches 160 degrees and coats the back of a metal spoon. turn off heat. Add in Chopped Chocolate, and vanilla extract. whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Let mixture sit at room temp, about 30-45 min) to cool. When mixture is cool, in the bowl of a stand mixer, whip up softened butter until ight and fluffy. Then add in cooled chocolate mixture and whip again until all streaks are gone, and mixture is well combined. Then “FOLD” in an 8oz tub of Cool Whip Topping. Pour into cooled pie crust of choice. Chill for atleast 4 hours before serving. Then, Enjoy!

📌Sweet Potato Pie Recipe:
-2lbs. Sweet Potatoes (baked, skin removed and pureed) I ended up with about 2 1/2 Cups of sweet potato puree.
-1/2 Cup Butter, melted
-1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
-1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
-2 Eggs, beaten
-2 tsps Vanilla extract
-1 tsp Cinnamon
-1 9in refrigerated Pie Crust (or deep dish frozen works too!)
***Combine all ing in a large bowl. Mix Well. Pour into unbaked Pie Crust and Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 min, or until the center is set. Enjoy!
