সেহরি ও ইফতারের জন্য চিড়া দিয়ে ভীষণ মজার ডেজার্ট রেসিপি | Easy Dessert recipe for Iftar | Doi Chira Recipe
আমরা ইফতারে অনেক বেশি ভাজাপোড়া খাই যেটা শরীরের জন্য মোটেও ভালো কিছু নয়। সারাদিন রোজা রাখার পর শরীরের চাহিদা থাকে প্রচুর পানি ও হেলদি খাবারের। আবার মনের চাহিদা থাকে তেলে ভাজা নানারকম মুখরোচক খাবারের।
তাই দুই দিকেই একটু খেয়াল রাখা জরুরি। ইফতারে বেশি বেশি শরবত , পানি আর ফলের পাশাপাশি রাখতে পারেন হেলদি কিছু খাবার। আদিকাল থেকে দইচিড়া তার মধ্যে একটা। তাই প্রতিদিন ইফতারের শুরুতেই অল্প চিড়া দই বা দুধ দিয়ে খেয়ে নিবেন। পেট তাড়াতাড়ি ভারী হয়ে যাবে। হাবিজাবি খেতে মন চাইবে না আর তখন। আর পেট ভরে গেলে সামনে রাজভোগ থাকলেই বা কি আসে যায়…তাই না ??
তাই আজকে চিড়া দিয়ে দারুন্সবাদের একটা ডেজার্ট বানিয়ে দেখাবো আশা করছি আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে !
আর এই দই চিড়া’র ডেজার্ট ইফতারের পাশাপাশি সেহেরীতে ও খাওয়া যাবে।
উপকরণ :
লাল বা সাদা চিড়া
মিষ্টি দই
চিনি
ঘন দুধ
আম, কলা, নারকেল কোরা
লবন
যদি টক দই দিয়ে করেন চিনি/কনডেন্সড মিল্ক মিশিয়ে নিবেন।
