INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-chopped ginger
-1.3Kilo leg quarters chopped into smaller pieces
-4Tbsp greyish shrimp paste (not too salty compared to pinkish shrimp paste)
-1.5Tbsp fish sauce (near the end of cooking as needed)
-ground black pepper
-1Cup 2nd extract coconut milk
-1Cup pure coconut milk
-chopped red and green chili peppers
