– 6 pieces of chicken legs

Instructions:
– In a large pan, fry the chicken legs on all sides for approximately 10-15 minutes.
– Then, transfer the chicken legs to a spacious mixing bowl.
– Add smoked paprika, salt, and toss everything with your hands to coat the chicken evenly.
– Slice 2 onions into half rings and 2 potatoes as well.
– In the same pan, fry the onions in olive oil over medium heat until soft.
– Season with a mixture of herbs, dried garlic, and salt.
– Place the chicken legs on top and add a combination of сoсa-Cola and Beer to the chicken and potatoes.
– Cover the pan and let it cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
– The end result is a dish that is delightfully delicious.

– 5 pieces of chicken drumsticks
– Milk (1½ cups)
– Water (1 cup)
– Salt (1 tsp)
– Ground black pepper (1 tsp)
– Bread crumbs (2½ tbsp)
– All-purpose flour (2½ tbsp)
– Spices: salt, ground black pepper, paprika, chile powder, hazel, turmeric
– 1 egg
– Milk (2 tbsp)
– Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
– Begin by cooking the chicken drumsticks with milk, water, salt, and black pepper over medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
– Prepare a coating mixture by combining bread crumbs, flour, and various spices.
– Dip the cooked drumsticks in beaten egg and milk, then coat them with the flour mixture.
– Fry the chicken drumsticks until they are golden and crispy.

For this delectable dish, you will need:
– 4 chicken thighs
– 4 chicken drumsticks
– Butter (4 tbsp)
– Salt and black pepper
– 2 onions, sliced into rings
– 2 garlic cloves
– 10 oz/ 300 g mushrooms
– Bay leaf (2)
– Thyme (1 tsp)
– White wine (½ cup)
– Chicken stock (1½ cups)
– Heavy cream (2/3 cup / 160 ml)
– Parsley
Instructions:
– Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
– Heat butter in a pan and cook the chicken until golden on both sides.
– Remove the chicken and set it aside.
– In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic. Add mushrooms, bay leaf, and thyme.
– Pour in white wine and chicken stock, then return the chicken to the pan.
– Let it simmer for 40 minutes over medium-low heat.
– Finally, add heavy cream and parsley before serving with mashed potatoes to enjoy the rich sauce.
