2 cups apple cider vinegar
3 1/2 brown sugar
2 tbs kosher salt
2 tbs onion powder
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs celery seed
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs paprika
2 tbs pork lard
1/4 cup pickling spices
Combine ingredients, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30-40 minutes.
