Chicken Mandi is a well known and one of the famous dish of middle east. It is Arabian dish, It is basically cooked in earthern tandoor, in this video I have shown the full recipe of making chicken mandi at home without oven. Ingredients:
Chicken whole. 1 1/4 kg.
For Mandi Masala:👇
• whole coriander -2 tbsp
• black pepper -1 tbsp
• fenal seeds – 1 1/2 tbsp
• cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
• star anis – 2 piece
• black cardimum – 2 pcs
• green cardimum – 15 pcs
• mace – 3 blades
• cinnimon sticks – 4 pcs (2 inch long)
For Marinating:
• Saffron – 25 threads
• vinegar – 3 tsp
• chilly flakes – 1 tsp
• kashmiri chilli – 1 tsp
• salt to taste
• ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
For rice:
• Water – 3 glass
• onion – 1 pc
• mandi masala – 1 tbsp
• green chillies – 10-12
• salt to taste
• basmati rice – 500 gms
