Fried chicken has got to be the ultimate comfort food! In this video, I’m going to show you how to make a copycat version of KFC’s Extra Crispy Fried Chicken. This recipe is going to be super easy, and we will use basic ingredients to make the best fried chicken you have ever had- AND We’re making it completely from scratch!
For the chicken you will need
1/2 gallon buttermilk
2 pounds of chicken ( any pieces)
3 eggs
1/2 cup hot sauce
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
Enough Vegetable oil to deep fry with
