Ingredients Required for Coriander Chicken: North Indian Chicken Recipe
Chicken – 500 g
For Marinade:
Salt – ¾ tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
For Gravy Masala:
Coriander Leaves – A bunch
Green Chillies – 3
Garlic – 1 Bulb
Ginger – A small piece
For cooking chicken:
Oil – 2 Table Spoon
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
How to Make Coriander Chicken : Indian Chicken Recipe
1. Marinade the chicken with the ingredients mentioned in the marinade section and leave it for 15 minute undisturbed.
2. For the paste, grind the ingredient mentioned in the section well without water.
3. Heat a pan and pour in oil and put in the onion sauté it till it turns golden brown.
4. When the onion turns golden brown add in the chicken and mix it well.
5. Add in the paste and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Transfer it to a plate and enjoy your dish!!
