CHICKEN SISIG is a Filipino dish originated from the province of Pampanga. It consists of chicken thigh or breast and chicken liver, mixed all together on a hot plate with chopped onions, pepper, mayonnaise, kalamansi juice, and chili. It is usually served as pulutan or as a meal with rice. Serve it while it’s hot.
