Crunchy fried chicken popcorn with a dash of pepper.

Ingredients:
– 1/2 Kg boneless chicken breasts
– 2 Tsp chilli Flakes
– 2 Tsp cardamom powder
– 2 Tsp coriander powder
– 4 Tsp chilli powder
– 2 Tsp cooking oil
– 2 Tsp lime juice
– Salt
– Ginger & garlic paste
– 3 Eggs
– 200 Gms corn flour
– 4 Tsp black pepper
Method:
1) Marinate the chopped chicken breasts with chilli flakes, chilli powder, cardamom powder, lime juice and salt.
2) Set it aside for 15 minutes.
3) Take 3 eggs in bowl and whisk.
4) Dip the marinated chicken in the egg wash and then coat with corn flour
5) Deep fry until it turns brown.
Crunchy chicken popcorn is ready to be served!
