Korma is a dish originating in the Indian subcontinent,consisting of meat or vegetables braised with yogurt (dahi) or cream, water or stock, and spices to produce a thick sauce or glaze.

2 medium size Onion
600gm chicken
200ml cooking oil
1/4tsp Cumin Seeds
4 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom
1 Piece Mace

1tbsp Ginger Paste

150gm Curd
1/2tsp salt
2tbsp Curd
50-60ml water
1/4tsp Garam Masala
2tsp Kewra water
