Chicken Ka Salan or Chicken Gravy/Curry is a simple and tasty recipe that can be made very easily and is less time consuming
METHOD
1.We need to grind a paste, for it we need
Deep fried onions – 2 medium sized
Yogurt – 200 gram
Cashew nuts – 8 crushed
Tomatoes chopped – 2 small sized
Grind it to a fine paste
2.Oil – 3 tablespoon, heat it and add
Cardamom – 6
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon sticks – 3
saute
3.Now add chicken – 1/2 kilo and saute till it turns brown
4.Add ginger garlic paste – 3 tablespoon, saute it
5.Reduce flame and add
Salt
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Homemade garam masala powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Saute them well, add little water
6.Now add the ground masala and saute for ten minutes , add water – 2 cups and cook till chicken turns tender
7.Add few coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or phulka
