Chicken do Pyaza is one of the best and aromatic Indian chicken curries. 😍
Here Do Pyaza refers to the onions being used in two ways. Finely chopped onions are first used in the start and towards the end, larger pieces of onions / onion petals are added.
Marinated chicken is cooked in a variety of spices and it has wonderful depth of flavour.
It’s smooth and creamy gravy is perfect to have with rice or rotis. 😋
