Making of Bhuna Chicken Masala:

Chicken Marination:
👇
Chicken – 1kg (Each piece 30gms)
Fresh Lemon Juice – 1
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 2 tsp (According to taste)
Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Kashmirlal Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Curd – 4 tbsp (100gms)
Mix Well
Leave for 30 Mins
Cooking Process:
👇
Mustard Oil – 8 tbsp (100ml)
Cardamom – 3
Black Cardamom – 1
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Bay leaf – 1
Dry Red Chillies – 2
Fry for 20 seconds on Low Flame
Slitted Light Green Chillies – 4
Fry for 20 seconds on Low Flame
Chopped Coriander leaves – half cup
Fry for 2 Mins on Medium Flame
Add Chopped Onions – 3 Medium size (200gms)
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
Fry till colour changes
Add 30 Mins Marinated Chicken
Spread the Chicken & leave for 1 Min on High Flame
Fry for 10 Mins on Medium Flame
Water Appears
Add Chopped Tomatoes – 2 Medium size (150gms)
Cook for 3 Mins on Medium Flame
Close the lid & leave for 3-4 Mins on Medium Flame
Close the lid & Give 1 Whistle
After 1 Whistle
Cook on Low Flame
(Ground Masala:
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Cloves – 3
Cardamom – 3
Grind into fine powder)
Add Ground Masala
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Crush & Sprinkle them
Leave for 2 Mins
Stove Off, Close the lid & leave for 10 Mins
After that Enjoy the Bhuna Chicken!
