Ingredients for Chicken 65 sauce
Preparing chicken 65 fry
Marinade for Chicken
• 300 grams of chicken
• 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chili powder (used for vibrant color without extreme spiciness)
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
• Salt to suit taste
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon of finely chopped curry leaves
• 2 tablespoons of yogurt
Batter Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons of rice flour
• 3 tablespoons of cornflour
For the yogurt-based sauce
• 1/2 cup of full-fat Yogurt
• Salt to your liking
• 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
• 1.5 teaspoons of Kashmiri red chili powder
• 1 teaspoon of red chili sauce
• 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder
• 1 teaspoon of cornflour (or corn starch)
• 1/2 cup of water
For the chicken 65 sauce
• 3 tablespoons of oil
• 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
• 1 small chopped onion
• Curry leaves
• 2 green chilies, slit
• 2 teaspoons of finely chopped garlic
• 1 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger
• 1 teaspoon of vinegar
• Fresh coriander leaves
