Butterfly Chicken is one of Ramadan iftari dish but you can also make it on apart from Ramadan .
Ingredients
chicken
salt – 1/2 tsp
lemon – 1/2
red chili sauce – 1 tsp
soy sauce – 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
cream cheese – 1 tbsp
potato
corn flour & all purpose flour – 2 tbsp each
This recipe is easy to make and looks very beautiful! I love making this recipe for parties – it tastes great, can be made quickly, and everyone loves their look. It is perfect for the autumn/winter season.
