Today I share delicious Chicken Roast Recipe which is serve Marriage Party functions in Kerala state in India . It is well combination with Ghee Rice , Kerala porotta ,Appam and Chappathi . Making this Chicken dish using Spicy fried chicken and make spicy Masala. It’s a Variety taste resembles party style chicken roast

Chicken – 500 grams
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
For masala powder
Cinnamon stick – 4 inch piece
Cloves – 10 no’s
Cardamom – 8 no’s
Bay leaves- 2
Funnel seeds – 3 tbsp
For masala
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Cardamom – 2 no’s
Garlic chopped – 15 no’s
Ginger chopped – 1 tbsp
Onion sliced – 2 big
Tomato – 1 big
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Prepared Garam masala – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce-1/2 tbsp
