Ingredients
6 Tbsp Chickpeas Split
3 Tbsp Pigeon Peas Split
3 Tbsp Red Lentils Split
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 Green Chillies
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Cinnamon
4 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
3 Cardamom
3 Tbsp Oil
2 Indian Bay Leaves
1 Onion
1&1/2 Ginger Garlic Paste
600 gm Chicken
Salt to Taste
2 Tomatoes
3 Green Chillies
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
500 gm Bottle Gourd
2-3 Tbsp Water
1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
10-12 Black Pepper Corns
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
2 Chillies
1 Tbsp Tamarind
3 Garlic Cloves
