Turkish Breakfast Menemen
Serves 2
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) large 1
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp
-Paprika powder ¼ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Chicken sausage sliced 1
-Cheddar cheese grated 3 tbs
-Mozzarella cheese grated 3 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Mozzarella cheese grated 4 tbs or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-Deseed green chilli,chop & set aside.
-In a small wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add chopped green chilli,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add pureed tomatoes,mix well & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add salt,red chilli crushed,paprika powder,black pepper powder,mix well & cook on low flame for a minute.
-Add chicken sausage & mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese & mix well.
-Add mozzarella cheese & mix well.
-Add eggs & mix gently.
-Add mozzarella cheese & fresh coriander,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (3-4 minutes).
-Serve with French bread!

-Mozzarella cheese grated 3 tbs

-Mozzarella cheese grated 4 tbs or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-Hari mirch ko deseed ker ka chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Choti karahi mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Chopped hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Tamatar puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Namak,lal mirch crushed,paprika powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Chicken sausage dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Anday dal ker gently mix karein.
-Mozzarella cheese & hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
-French bread ka saath serve karein!
