Healthy Breakfast Recipe ingredients
2 cups white rice
1 & 1/2 cups water
2 potatoes
1/2 cup carrots.(grated)
1 onion (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
3 green chilies (sliced)
1/4 cup Onion leaves (sliced)
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
1/2 cup cooking oil/butter (more if needed)
How to make this new breakfast recipe :
1. Soak rice for 5-6 hours
2. Peel and cut potatoes
3. Bring to boil then cook until become soft.
4. Rinse and drain the soaked rice, 2-3 times
5. Mash the boiled potatoes
6. Blend the soaked rice, make a smooth batter
7. Add mashed potatoes.
8. Blend until become fine paste
9. Transfer it into a bowl
10. Add 1/2 cup grated carrots, chopped onion, chopped tomato, sliced green chilies, sliced onion leaves, 1 tsp. Salt, 1/2 tsp. Baking soda and 1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper.
11. Combine very well
12. In a pan with medium heat, put 1/2 tbsp. Oil/ butter
13. Pour 1/2 cup of the batter, spread evenly, cook for 2 mins or more if needed
14. Drizzle 1 tsp. Oil on top
15. Flip and cook for another 2 mins
16. Remove from pan
17. Repeat the same with remaining batter.
