Rapid morning meal ready in 5 minutes! 2 simple and delectable tortilla creations! The blend of spinach, tomato, and red pepper is truly delightful. Tortilla wrap creations. Crunchy exterior with delightful stuffing. These are a couple of my favored straightforward tortilla creations. First tortilla creation with egg, spinach, tomato, and two varieties of cheese. Second tortilla creation with bacon and red pepper, abundant in veggies and cheese! Superior to tacos and quesadillas!

Crunchy tortilla with mozzarella cheese :: Tortilla with egg and bacon

Step-by-step instructions:

  • Grate 100 g of mozzarella cheese.
  • Finely chop 30 g of spring onion.
  • Slice the tomato thinly.
  • The diameter of my skillet is 23 cm.
  • Create a tortilla of the same size as your skillet.
  • Crack 2 eggs.
  • Incorporate 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Add onion to the eggs and mix.
  • Place a pat of butter in the skillet.
  • Pour in the eggs and cover with the tortilla.
  • Cook over low heat.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on one side of the tortilla.
  • Layer the tomato slices on top of the cheese.
  • Include spinach leaves and 2 slices of sandwich cheese.
  • Fold the tortilla and press gently.
  • Dot with some butter.
  • Flip occasionally until golden brown.
  • Second version of the tortilla.
  • Thinly slice some red pepper.
  • Chop 40 g of bacon.
  • Finely chop the parsley.
  • Season the eggs with parsley, salt, and pepper to your liking, combine.
  • Place 2 slices of sandwich cheese.
  • Add bacon on the cheese.
  • Layer spinach leaves and red pepper.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and fold the edges of the tortilla.
  • Cook until golden brown.

  • Tortilla
  • 50 g of mozzarella cheese
