New way to make breakfast! This recipe amazed my kids! SO DELICIOUS
Ingredients and recipe:
1 can of tuna (184g)
Drain the water
Add to a bowl
1/4cup mayonnaise
Mix well
1 small red pepper (25g)
Chop into thin slices
Dice
Add to the tuna
1/4 purple onion
Chop the onion
Add to the tuna
1 green onion
Chop
Add to the bowl
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Mix well
Divide into 4 parts
2 english muffins
Slice in half
Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper
Spread a quarter of the tuna onto each piece of bread
Mozzarella cheese
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 356F/180C
Slice in half
So delicious and tasty!
Very nutritious!
Perfect for breakfast or lunch!
