My ultimate Overnight Oats Recipe | Very Easy & Healthy Breakfast For Busy Mornings

Introducing my ultimate favorite breakfast: Overnight Oats! 🌟 No.1 for countless reasons: zero cooking required, ridiculously easy, amp up the protein with a scoop of powder, and it’s a wholesome, healthy delight. Plus, it’s a canvas for creativity—add your favorite fruits, nut butter, seeds, and dried fruits for a personal touch

Ingredients:

1/2 cup blueberries
6-8 strawberries
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup yoghurt ( I’m using skyr yoghurt. Greek yogurt or any other yoghurt will work as well )
1/3 cup Milk
1/3 cup chopped mango
2 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
Mixed toasted nuts (or add any nut butter of choice)
Mixed seeds (optional)

Instructions:

Lightly crush the blueberries using a fork. Set aside.
Crush the strawberries using a fork as well. Set aside.
In a jar, add the crushed blueberries.
Add oats, yogurt, and milk to the jar. If desired, add a scoop of protein powder for extra protein.
Mix in maple syrup for sweetness. Adjust to taste.
Add mixed toasted nuts or nut butter of choice.
Add diced mango to the jar.
Now, add the crushed strawberries to the jar.
Sprinkle mixed seeds on top.
Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight to allow the oats to soak and flavors to meld.
Once ready to enjoy, top with additional fruits of choice such as bananas and more blueberries.
Serve and enjoy this wholesome and delicious breakfast, perfect for busy mornings.
