Indian Grocery Shopping List with Food Nutritional Facts | Printable Grocery List

Oats-banana pancake + Yogurt-curd mix + sliced apple
Ingredient: (for two small size pancake)
1. Banana- Large to medium -½
2. Egg- 1
3. Instant oats- ¼ cup
4. Cinnamon powder- 1/8 th tsp.
5. Flax seeds powder- ½ tsp.
6. Salt- as per taste
7. Butter- 1 tsp.
– Mix everything and keep aside. Heat a tawa/pan, melt butter, pour pancake mix and cook both the side for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
For Yogurt-curd mix- take 1 tbsp. yogurt and 2 tbsp. curd, mix with 1 tsp. of rooh afza.

Nutella-cheese slice-chia bread + Assorted dry fruits + Watermelon cubes
Ingredient:
1. Whole wheat brown bread- 1 slice
2. Nutella spread- 1 tsp
3. Cheese slice- 1
4. Butter- 1 tsp.
5. Chia seeds- 1 tsp.
– Roast the bread with butter on tawa/pan. Spread nutella, put cheese slice and sprinkle chia seeds on top. Fold it and cut it.
For assorted dry fruits, you can choose any healthy nuts for your kids.
