As promised here is how to make them ALL!
SALTED CARAMEL
INSTRUCTIONS AND ingredients :
¼ cup of raw oats
Add in hot water ,stir and soak until you have the right consistency
One banana for toppings at the end
Whatever toppings you like ( I STRONGLY recommend the gooey caramel fudge or caramel almond dough from @cleanchocolateco – www.cleanchocolateco.com )
For the SAUCE :
Soak half a cup of dates in hot water
I tablespoon of tahini
Heaps tablespoon of almond spread
Dashes of the date water to make it into sauce
Pour over top at the end
CHOCOLATE LOVERS PROTEIN OATS
¼ CUP OF OATS
Hot water and coconut milk ( almond milk would also work fine )
Scoop of choc WHEY by happy way ( discount code below )
CHOC GREENS POWDER on teaspoon ( discount code below )
Banana for topping
Cocao buckinis or cocao nibs
VANILLA BERRY
¼ cup of oats
Hot water
Happy way VEGAN vanilla or even their berry or normal vanilla whey would work too
Fresh or frozen berries
Coconut flakes
( was keen for acai and beetroot powder for more nutrients and antioxidants but due to what happened I didn’t )
