Healthy Breakfast Recipes ! Brown Rice Dosa !!

This video shows how to make a healthy dosa for breakfast , using Brown rice. Being unpolished, brown rice retains the nutritional benefits and also has a low glycemic index.This has been paired with a protein rich channa dal chutney which also has curry leaves in it for additional health benefits.
Ingredients
For Dosa
Brown rice 3 cups
Urad dal 1 cup(Black gram lentils)
Oil 2 tbsp

For Chutney
Channa dal 1/2 cup
Dry red chilli 3
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
oil 1 tsp
Curry leaves 2 tbsp
salt to taste
hing/asafoetida a pinch
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Urad dal 1/4 tsp
