It can be created with a variety of veggies like carrot, bell peppers, cabbage etc. It only requires a few minutes to prepare this nourishing and flavorsome nibble.

Recipe :
Get 1 cup soya nuggets in a bowl.
Clean the soya nuggets.
Take Soya nuggets, 1 tomato, some ginger, 7-8 garlic cloves, green chilies, half onion & curry leaves.
Pour 2 cups of water, 1 tsp salt & allow it to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Extract soya nuggets, a couple of garlic cloves and chilies into a bowl.
Peel the tomato and transfer all the remaining ingredients to a blender jar.
Incorporate 1 teaspoon red chili powder, salt to taste and grind.
Grind the soya nuggets.
Mix in 1 cup semolina and 1 cup curd and blend.
Toss in 1/2 cup diced onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, grated ginger, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder.
Blend in 1 tsp cumin powder, and salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
For seasoning, drizzle 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, incorporate cumin seeds, asafoetida,chopped curry leaves,mustard seeds, 1 dry red chili & combine with chutney.
Into the soya mix, add 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp eno, 1 tbsp water and mix well.
In a heated pan, pour 1 tsp cooking oil, and white sesame seeds.
Add the mix and cook until it turns golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney.
