Four delectable morning meals prepared in under 5 minutes – courtesy of AI

Like many, I hold a keen interest in AI. Thus, I posed a query to it for a video suggestion… and now I’ve set out to create four breakfast recipes in just 5 minutes each. Feel free to share if you gave any of these dishes a try and if you found this video enjoyable! The filming process was quite chaotic but undeniably fun!

Recipe for Overnight Oats

– 1 cup of rolled oats
– 1 cup of milk (any type of milk of your choice)
– 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
– 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
– 1/2 tablespoon of honey
– Fresh fruit for garnishing

1. Combine all the above ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
2. The following day, garnish with fresh fruit or consume as is.

Recipe for Sausage and Egg Sandwich

– 1 potato bun or English muffin
– 2 eggs
– 1 sausage (pork, beef, or vegetarian)
– Slice of cheese
– BBQ sauce

1. Begin by slicing the sausage lengthwise and cooking it in a pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil.
2. Beat the eggs with a splash of milk and scramble them.
3. Toast your bun, then assemble your sandwich!

Recipe for Spinach and Onion Omelette

– 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– Handful of baby spinach
– 3 eggs
– 30g feta cheese
– Dash of milk
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 10g butter
– Toast for serving

1. Sauté the onion in a nonstick pan over high heat with a bit of salt.
2. Whisk together eggs with a splash of milk.
3. Once the onions are caramelized, add the spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes, then remove from the pan.
4. Return the pan to heat with additional oil and butter.
5. After the butter has melted, pour in the egg mixture.
6. Stir the eggs until they begin to solidify, then let them set.
7. Reintroduce the spinach and onions to the pan, topping with feta.
8. Fold one side of the eggs toward the center, then flip onto a plate.
9. Serve with toast and savor the flavors!

Recipe for Huevos Rancheros

– 2 white corn tortillas
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 20g feta cheese
– 2 eggs
– Pickled red onions
– Tomato salsa
– Coriander for garnish

1. Toast the tortillas in a skillet with olive oil.
2. Once both sides are nicely toasted, place on a paper towel to drain.
3. In the same pan, fry the eggs.
4. To assemble, place a fried egg on each tortilla and top with salsa, cheese, and coriander.
