Hey everyone! In todays video I’m showing you easy healthy breakfast recipes that are easy healthy breakfasts. These healthy breakfast recipes are easy breakfast recipes and healthy breakfast ideas. It also includes healthy breakfasts to lose weight and healthy breakfast taste! They are also meal prep breakfasts and breakfast ideas. Pumpkin French Toast
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup pumpkin
– 3 tbsp nut milk
– sprinkle pumpkin spice
– 2 large, or 3 small pieces paleo bread. I use UnBun Foods
Optional: top with pecans and ghee

Apple Porridge
– 1/2 apple
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 cup almond flour
– 1 tbsp flax
– 1 tbsp nut butter
– 1/4 tsp vanilla
– 1/2 cup almond milk

Quiche
– 1 cup mushrooms
– 3 strips bacon
– 1/3 cup coconut milk
– 6 eggs
– garlic salt to taste.
Bake crust 8 minutes, then fill, bake another 25-30 minutes at 400F

Crust:
1 3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup avocado oil
1 clove garlic
pinch himalayan salt
2 tbsp water
