A dollop of butter on top, aloo paratha is probably the most famous version of the Indian paratha.

Ingredients:
– 300 Gms whole wheat flour
– Salt to taste
– Oil
– Water
– 4 Boiled potatoes
– 1 Tbsp red chilli powder
– 1 Tbsp cumin seeds powder
– Coriander leaves
– 3 Green chillies
– Cheese
– Ghee
Method:
1) Take the whole wheat flour in a bowl.
2) Make a well in the center, now add oil and water.
3) Knead well till the dough is no longer sticky and leave aside for a while.
4) In a bowl take the boiled potatoes & mash them well.
5) Add red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, and cheese. Mix it well.
6) Get the dough & the filling mix onto the work surface.
7) Start making small poori shaped rounds from the dough.
8) Spoon out the filling into the center of the round & pack from all sides.
9) Put the dough again to the work surface & roll into a disc.
10) Get the disc to a heated tawa & roast till light brown spots start appearing on the surface.
11) Smear with ghee & turn it around
12) Like this keep brushing ghee onto the parathas & cook them till done.
Serve hot with pickle or curd!
