1. Curd (low fat)-200gm
2. Oats-10gm
3. Sapota (Chikku)-100 gm
4. Pomegranate (anar)-30 gm
5. Dates-20gm
6. Pumpkin seeds-3gm
7. Chia seeds-3 gm

Jowar ambali
Serving-1
Ingredients
1. Sorghum flour – 30 gm 94 to 5 small spoons)
2. Coriander leaves – 4 gm
3. Onion (medium) – 40 gm
4. Mint leaves, as per taste
5. Green chilli as per taste
6. Cumin seeds Ginger
7. small Curd (Low fat) – 150 gm
8. Salt / pink salt, as per taste

Banana oats smoothie

1. Banana-50g

4. Curd-100g
5. Chia seeds-1 tsp

Dahi Poha
Serving-1
Ingredients
1. Rice flakes (1 cup) – 30 gm
2. Carrot – 60 gm
3. Cucumber (medium) – 100 gm
4. Green chilli – 2 nos or as per taste
5. Coriander leaves – 2 gm
6. Curd – 200 gm (12 spoons)
7. Groundnuts – 10 gm (roasted)
8. Salt as per taste

Mango Overnight oats
Serving-1
Ingredients
1. Mango-100g
2. Chia seeds-5g (1 tsp)
3. Rolled oats-15g (2 tbsp)
4. Almond-20g
5. Edible Rose petal-few (optional)
6. Cardmom seeds (elachi)-2

Dahi vada recipe
Serving-1 (as a meal)
Ingredients for making of Dahi vada

1. mung Dal– 30 g (3 spoons)
2. Urad Dal – 30 g ( 3 spoons)
3. besan- 5 g (1 tsp)
