6 Healthy breakfast ideas | 6 High Protein Breakfast Recipes

1) Uttapam recipe
uttapam is a south indian breakfast made with fermented lentil & rice batter

heat a pan
keep on medium flame
pour the laddle ful batter on the hot pan
spread very little – not too much
sprinkle the toppings (wash & finely chopped veggiieeeees)
finely chopped
onion & tomatoes without seed
if you need add green chillies
chopped coriander leaves
sprinkle ghee or oil the edges & over the toppings
when the base is firm , flip it
cook the toppings as desired ,set aside & make the next one
sprinkle some water & clean the kitchen towel
pour the batter
dosa & idly batter making video already uploaded

add idly podi….chammanthipodi (its more tasty)
repeat the same process
our tasty & healthy
uttapam is ready
serve it with chutney or sambar

2) Fresh green peas (frozen or soaked green peas ) – 1 cup
2 green chilly chopped
1 inch ginger
1 tbsp water
grind them well
green peas paste ready
transfer it in a bowl
semolina (rava or sooji )- 1 cup
curd- 1 cup
mix them well
keep aside 5 to 10 minutes
seasoning
1 or 2 tsp oil
low flame
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
few raisins ( optional )
1 tsp crushed chilly
curry leaves
stir it
turn off the flame
pour in to the idly batter
mix well
1tsp Eno fruit salt ( half tsp baking soda )
add 1tsp water
mix well….
this is the consistency
brush oil idly mould
pour 1& half tbsp batter ( not too much )
steam 10 to 15 minutes medium flame
after 10 minutes our healthy green peas idly ready
after 5 minutes demould
healthy & tasty kids favorite breakfast ready
serve it alone or different chutneys (coconut chutney, peanut chutney , tomato chutney)

3) stuffed broccoli idly
2 cups idly batter
1 cup broccoli
1 tsp salt
mix it well
brush oil – idly mould
pour 1tbsp idly batter
add 1 tsp your favorite (spicy or non spicy) chutney
( tomato , coconut ,or sweet chutneys etc)
cover each with around 1 tbsp batter & spread evenly
heat 2 cup water in idly vessel
place idly mould
cook 10 to 15 minutes on medium flame
after 15 minutes turn off the flame
tasty healthy idly is perfectly cooked
let it cool – do like this
