How to create a strawberry chia yogurt parfait / strawberry chia pudding
Ingredients:
Greek yogurt 170g
water 1/4 cup
chia seeds 1 tbs
beet root powder 1/4 tsp (optional)
stevia drops 5-6
🍓 Strawberries 🍓 chopped 80g

Instructions:
Initiate the chia yogurt parfait foundation by placing 1 tbs of chia seeds in a bowl and then adding 1/4 cup of water. Water is essential in facilitating the expansion of chia seeds. Proceed to stir to prevent clumping of chia seeds, a crucial step. Allow the chia seeds to sit for 5 minutes, and then stir once more.
