Recipe 1: Instant Dosa
Ingredients
1 cup Rice Flour
1/4 cup Sooji
3/4 cup Curd
Water
1/4 cup Onion
1/2 teaspoon Ginger, chopped
1 Green Chilli
Coriander Leaves
Salt, to taste
Baking Soda, a pinch
Oil

Recipe 2: Ragi Idli In 10 Minutes
Ingredients
1/2 cup Ragi (Finger Millet) Flour
1/2 cup Sooji (Semolina)
Salt, to taste
1/2 cup Yogurt
Water
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda

Recipe 3: Sooji Balls
Ingredients
1 cup Sooji (Semolina)
2 tablespoon Oil
1 Green Chilli, chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger, chopped
2-1/2 cups Water
Salt, to taste
1/4 cup Coconut, grated
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Urad Dal
1/2 teaspoon Chana Dal
1 sprig Curry Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Coriander Leaves
1 teaspoon Lime Juice

Recipe 4: Peri Peri Poha
Ingredients
1/2 cup Poha
Salt, to taste
1/2 teaspoon Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon Black Salt
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Oil
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 sprig Curry Leaves
2 Green Chillies, chopped
1 small Potato, chopped
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Carrot, chopped
1/4 cup Corn
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 tablespoon Peri Peri Masala
Coriander Leaves

Recipe 5: Paneer Sandwich
Ingredients
1/2 Ghee
1/4 cup Onion
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Capsicum
1/4 cup Yello Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Carrot
1/2 cup Cauliflower
Salt, to taste
200 grams Paneer
1/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
1/2 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
