The Ultimate Appetizer! EASY Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

Buffalo Chicken Lollipops are the best chicken drumstick recipe going right now! So good you won’t believe these are just baked chicken drumsticks. The ultimate appetizer for game day or maybe you just like to make easy chicken recipes. Either way, this ones for you!

INGREDIENTS
5-10 chicken drumsticks

1-2 tablespoons Chef Ange Base Seasoning – https://youtu.be/1Yt_jN1tDfY
1 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ cup Frank’s Original Red Hot Sauce

1 stick Butter, melted

1 small container Greek yogurt or sour cream

½ cup Ranch Dressing

4-5 oz crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon white vinegar

finely chopped chives
pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS
Preheat Oven to 385F convection setting (395 if not convection setting)

0:38 Trim drumsticks by cutting around the circumference of the drumstick right under the meat with a sharp knife. Cut away and meat/connective tissue connecting the top and bottom half

Use a paper towel to get a grip on the skin and pull the meat and skin from the bone leaving the bone and the drumstick meat.

1:10 Seasoning the drumsticks with olive oil, Chef Ange Base Seasoning, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss together until evenly coated.

1:45 Place drumsticks on a raised grate in a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Arrange drumsticks so there’s space between them for proper airflow.
Bake for 20 min.

2:08 While baking make the Ranchy Blue Cheese dipping sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, ranch dressing, crumbled blue cheese, vinegar, chopped chives and a pinch of salt.

2:56 Make Buffalo sauce by melting a stick of butter and mixing with Frank’s Red Hot sauce in a squeeze bottle for easier application.

3:19 After wings have baked for 20 min, remove and flip and bake for another 20 min.

3:36 Remove and flip again to the original side up. Bake for another 10-15 min and turn temp up a 10-15 degrees if you notice it’s not browning enough.

3:53 After fully cooked, let rest for 5-10 min and then toss in a large mixing bowl with prepared buffalo sauce.

4:28 Serve with Ranchy Blue Cheese and garnish with fresh cut chives.
