This delectable Balsamic Strawberry Appetizer is crafted with merely 5 simple elements! It’s luscious, zesty, and an excellent nibble for Spring-Summer gatherings!

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
2 cups of freshly cut strawberries
1 150g Boursin Cracked Black Pepper Cheese (let it sit out for 10 minutes before preparing the dip)
Fresh basil for embellishment
Crostini or crackers for presentation
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat up the oven to 350F.
2. Place the quartered strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. Mix well and then bake for 20-25 minutes until the strawberries are slightly softened and the juicy flavors emerge. Allow it to cool.
3. Just before serving, spread the Boursin cheese onto a shallow plate or bowl; then, layer with the roasted strawberries and fresh basil.
4. Pair with crackers or crostini. Delight in the flavors!
