Recipes: Seafood Stuffed Deviled Eggs
Customize As Necessary
– oil
– 6 large eggs
– 3 tbsp mayo
– 1 tbsp mustard dijon
– 2 tbsp relish sweet
– 1/4 tsp ground mustard
– salt to taste
– black pepper to taste
– 1/4 – 1/2 tsp sugar granulated
– 8 oz claw crab meat I used 1/4 cup
– 12 pcs. Langostino lobster
– 1 tbsp butter
– 2 tbsp shallots
– Cajun seasoning to taste
– old bay seasoning to taste
– smoked paprika to taste
– salmon cedar plank seasoning to taste
– parsley
– chives
Directions
Add mayo, dijon mustard, sweet relish, ground mustard, salt, pepper, sugar, to a bowl, and combine.
Add crab meat and combine
Split boiled eggs in half, remove yolks, mash yolks, add to crab mixture and combine.
Add oil, old bay, cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salmon seasoning, to lobster and combine.
Using a small saucepan add oil, butter, shallots, and saute until fragrant.
Add lobster, cook for about a minute before adding chopped parsley.
Assemble deviled eggs and garnish with parsley, chives, and old bay.
