Ingredientes:

para a massa:
– 2 tigelas de água;
– 2 tigelas de farinha;
– 2 C.(de sopa) de manteiga ou margarina;
– 2 casca de limão;
-1 pitada de sal q.b.
– pão ralado;
– óleo para fritar;

para o recheio:
– 3 latas de atum;
– 375 ml de leite;
– 6 C.(sopa) de farinha sem fermento;
– 1 raminho de salsa picada;
– 3 C.(sopa) de cebola bem picada;
– 3 C.(sopa) de polpa de tomate;
– Azeite;
– Sal e pimenta q.b;

Tuna Patties are easy and very tasty with the tuna filling! Perfect for appetizers, snacks, parties or as a meal accompanied by rice or a salad to taste.

– 1 sprig of chopped parsley;
– 3 C. (soup) of finely chopped onion;
– 3 C. (soup) of tomato pulp;
– Oil;
– Salt and pepper q.b;
