Puff pastry and zucchini appetizer
Ingredients ( 6 appetizers )
1 package puff pastry (thawed) – 2 sheets
Zucchini – 2
Feta cheese – 1 cup
Parsley – ¼ cup
Oregano – 1 tbsp
Salt & peppers
Extra virgin olive oil
Egg Wash: 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp of milk
Oil spray

Instructions
Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle using a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into 3 stripes lengthwise.
Place zucchini slices on each strip so that half of each slice is sticking out above the top of the pastry.
Sprinkle some feta cheese, salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil on top of the dough. Fold another slide of the dough and then gently roll each pastry strip to form a roll.
Sprinkle some oil in the muffin tin and place the rolls inside.
Brush each roll with an egg wash ( 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp of milk) and bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
