INGREDIENTS
• 500g boiled potatoes
• 80g cheddar
• 100g cornstarch
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• parsley
• oil
METHOD
Boil the potatoes. Knead. Add cheddar. Mix. Add starch, salt, pepper, parsley. Mix.
Roll the cake. Cut into strips. Deep-fry.
