How to make a Simple Banana can make a Party Dish | Great Appetizer | Snacks Recipe
Ingredients :
Big Yellow Indian Bananas– 3 no’s
Cooking Oil as required
Fresh Prawns – 250 grams
Pepper powder – 1 Tsp
Red chilli flakes – ½ Tsp
Crushed Garlic – 2 Tsp
Capsicum – 1 Tsp
Spring onions – 1 Tbsp
Salt to Taste
Coriander Leaves –2 Tbsp
Method:
1, To Make Prawn Masala: Add oil, Crushed Garlic, Fresh Prawns, Capsicum, Red chilli flakes, Black pepper, Spring onions and keep it aside to use later.
2, To Make Banana Bowls: Take Banana cut it into 3 medium size pieces. Deep fry it in oil until turn into gold colour.
3, Now takes it out and give bowl shape using lemon squeezer and again fry it to make it crisp.
4, Make a good filling and top it with coriander leaves. Serve with tomato ketchup or snack it, to feel the richness of the flavours. You can also fill with pepper chicken, mutton tikka or beef sizzler. Enjoy the Party!!
