1. KETO BACON WRAPPED JALAPENO POPPERS RECIPE
6 Jalapenos
6 oz. cream cheese (half a brick)
6 slices of bacon cut in half
toothpicks (to keep the bacon in place)
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 450°F
97 calories each popper, 1g total carbs (0.7g net), 7.8g fat, 2.6g protein
2. KETO BAKED BUFFALO WINGS RECIPE
2 pounds chicken wings with skin (16-20 wings)
1 tsp salt
½ black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup hot sauce (I use Franks Red Hot)
¼ cup butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Bake wings for 35-45 minutes at 400°F on a grill
Toss cooked wings in buffalo sauce
70 calories each wing, 0.1g carbs, 4.7g fat, 6g protein
3. KETO LOADED RADISHES RECIPE
Approx 20 radishes
1 tbsp olive oil
sea salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded marble cheddar (or tex-mex cheese)
green onions for garnish
Bake radishes for 40-50 minutes at 400°F
Add cheese and broil until melted
Makes 5 servings. 95 calories each serving, 1.4g carbs (1.2g net), 8.6g fat, 5.6g protein.
4. KETO PIZZA DIP WITH GARLIC BITES RECIPE
¾ cup almond flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp salt, 2 cups shredded mozzarella
Garlic butter: 4 tbsp butter, 1 clove garlic – minced
Dip: 4 oz cream cheese, 2 cups shredded mozzarella, ½ cup tomato sauce, 1 tsp oregao, ½ tsp basil
Bake bites for 15-18 minutes at 350°F. Bake Pizza Dip for 25 minutes at 350°F.
Each bite is 171 calories, 3.2g carbs (2.2g net), 13.8g fat, 8.1g protein
Dip makes 4-5 servings. 269 calories, 4.7g carbs (4.5g net), 21g fat, 16.3g protein per serving.
5. KETO “BREADED” PICKLE WEDGES RECIPE
5 dill pickles
1 egg
1/3 cup almond flour
1 cup crushed pork rinds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Broil pickle wedges for 6-10 minutes.
Each serving (5 wedges): 160 calories, 4.9g carbs (3.7g net), 9.9g fat, 10.4g protein
