1/2 large Onion
2 cloves Garlic
2 (10 oz) cans Old El Paso Red Enchilada Sauce
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
(optional) chopped Green Onions, Sour cream, or Olives for garnish
Tortilla chips for dipping
Caramelized Onions and Bacon Dip-
6 – 8 slices Bacon uncooked and chopped
1 large Onion finely chopped
16 oz. Sour Cream
2 tbsp. minced Chives
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
