Italian Croissants
Ingredients
-croissants
-pesto
-salami
-coppa
-prosciutto
-sun-dried tomato
-banana peppers
-swiss cheese
-ham
-mustard – honey mustard also works
Bruschetta Recipe – serves 4-6
Ingredients
– 2 1/2t minced roasted garlic
– 2-3C chopped tomato
– 1T basil
– salt & pepper to taste
– 2T evoo
– 3T balsamic vinegar
*Taste best after 24hrs
Roasted Garlic
Ingredients
– garlic
-salt
-pepper
* Coat garlic with salt pepper and extra virgin olive oil and bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Turn once at the halfway mark.
Baguettes
– baguette
– roasted garlic
– butter
-evoo
– parmesan cheese
– parsley for garnish
*Cover toast with roasted garlic butter and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley.
Strawberry cheesecake bites
Ingredients
– marscapone or cream cheese
– powdered sugar
– rice paper
* How To make the sweet cream cheese: For every 1/2C of cream cheese use 2T of powdered sugar. Add more if you want it to be sweeter.
*Fill rice papers with cream cheese and strawberries. You can serve it with dipping chocolate.
