Fish 65 recipe
Ingredients needed:
All the measurements are for boneless fish of 1 pound
Masalas:
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons garlic(chopped/paste)
Salt (as per taste)
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cornflour 2 tablespoon
Mix all the ingredients and marinate the fish in these masalas for 10 minutes.
Deep fry the fish until it turns golden brown
In a hot pan(on medium flame) add 2 tablespoons oil. To this oil add cumin seeds (1 teaspoon) and sliced garlic (2 medium cloves)
To this add chilli garlic paste(2 teaspoon) and soy sauce (1 teaspoon)
add a few drops of water and then add the fish. Do not overcook. The fish might turn soggy. For crispy fish, turn off the flame and mix the sauce with fish. Serve hot.
Fry a few curry leaves and slit green chillies for extra desi taste.
