Our favorite appetizer is Olivier salad.
Ingredients:
300 grams – Cooked sausage
150 grams – Green peas
3 pcs. – Eggs
3 pcs. – Potatoes
2 pcs. – Salty cucumbers
1 pcs. – Carrots
0.5 pcs. – Onion
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
Boil the potatoes and carrots beforehand and cool. Boil hard-boiled chicken eggs, cool them, and peel them. You can take any type of cooked sausage of your own taste. Cucumbers can be salted or pickled. Drain off the liquid from a can of green peas, and put the peas themselves in a colander. Dice-cooked sausage. Peel boiled and cooled carrots and cut them into medium dice. Try to cut all the ingredients into equal-sized cubes so that the salad looks nice and tidy. Also, peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into medium cubes. Slice the boiled and peeled eggs. Dice the cucumbers. Dress the salad with mayonnaise. Stir the salad and taste for salt.
