Hey guys! Watch me as I make this delicious Spinach and Artichoke Dip! This is the perfect appetizer for game day, the Superbowl, or any special event you’re having. It was super simple and so delicious! I hope you enjoy this recipe!
Ingredients:
16 oz of cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup of mayo
Black pepper
Adobo seasoning
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of parmesan cheese
20 oz of frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
1.5 cans of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1 cup of monterey jack and mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Top with more cheese
Bake in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 25-30 minutes or until browned. You may need to put it in the broiler to brown.
