Hot Crispy Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
– Chicken Wings (I used 1 pack, but depending on the party size, make sure you estimate each person having 3-4 wings)
– Olive Oil
– Salt (2 tbsp for every 10 wings)
– Garlic Powder (2 tbsp for every 10 wings)
– Chipotle Seasoning (As desired. I used this as the dry rub seasoning. Reminds me of a healthy version of Buffalo Wild Wings)
– Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce (As desired. I used this for the traditional wings)
– Ketchup (Optional to add to the Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce to reduce the spiciness level)
– Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, Blue Cheese Dressing (Optional)
– Carrots (Optional)
– Celery (Optional)

Instructions:
1. Pre-cut the wings and separate the wings from drumstick if you couldn’t find it pre-cut in the grocery store. Rinse and clean with water and pat with paper towels to dry completely. You want to make sure the wings have no water reminisce to maximize on the crispiness:) )
2. Lightly drizzle olive oil and add the salt and garlic powder to the wings in a large mixing bowl and toss all together until fully coated.
3. If using the AIR FRYER, line up the wings in the air fryer pan giving a little space in between the wings. I was able to fit 8 at a time. Then click on the chicken setting which will automatically set to 360 degrees for 20 minutes (10 minutes on each side so make sure to flip in between the cooking!) For extra crispiness, add another 5 minutes. If you are using the OVEN, line up the chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake for 360 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye on them and feel free to bake for longer if you want it to be crispier.
4. Once the wings are finished, split half of the wings in two mixing bowls and add the chipotle seasoning in one and the hot wing sauce in the other and toss together.
5. For side snacks, add carrots and celery to the appetizer and it’s ready to eat and enjoy! Oh, and ranch or blue cheese dressing is definitely a must have with this appetizer as a dipping sauce.

Crispy Sweet Potato Fries & Secret Sauce
Ingredients for Fries:
– Sweet Potato (For a party between 10-20 people, I would recommend to use 5-6 sweet potatoes. I used 2 in mine)
– Olive Oil (Can use Coconut Oil as an alternative)
– Salt
– Pepper
– Garlic Powder
– Chipotle Seasoning (Optional if you like a spicy kick!)

Instructions:
1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut long ways into 1/2-inch-thick slices then 1/4-inch-thick for fry length.
2. Lightly drizzle olive oil and add salt, pepper, garlic powder and chipotle seasoning (optional). Toss all together.
3. If using the AIR FRYER, bake for 350 degrees for 20 minutes (flipping the fries half way through). This also applies the same if you are using the OVEN. Feel free to bake longer if you would like your fries to be crispier.
4. Enjoy!

Ingredients for Sauce:
– Ketchup (I use organic) – 1 parts
– Siracha (optional if you like spicy) – 2 tbsp
– Veganese (Vegan Mayonnaise) – 2 parts

Instructions:
1. Add the ketchup, Siracha and Veganese and mix all together until smooth!
2. Enjoy!

Bun-less Burger Bites
Ingredients:
– 2 lbs. ground turkey (Alternative: Beyond meat, ground beef or ground chicken)
– Butter lettuce (Alternative: Romaine lettuce)
– Grape tomatoes
– Pickle slices
– Dijon mustard (Used for dipping sauce)
– Salt
– Pepper
– Garlic Powder
– 2 eggs (for every 2 lbs. of meat)
– Long toothpicks

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Add the eggs with the ground turkey as well as salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix all together.
3. Roll the turkey patties in the size of golf balls and line them on the baking sheet an inch or so apart and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
4. While the turkey patties are cooking, prepare the lettuce (slice in half), tomatoes, pickles and toothpicks.
5. In order, start with the lettuce, tomato, pickle and bite-size patty. Then repeat!
6. Enjoy!
